All content, features, and functionality in Bridge Learn to Speak English, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of Bridge Learn to Speak English and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our App may include in-app purchases and subscription-based services. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with all applicable payment terms. Payment for in-app purchases and subscriptions may be processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and their terms of service apply. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable platform.
You may be able to submit content within the App (e.g., comments, feedback). By submitting content, you grant Bridge Learn to Speak English a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display the content for the purposes of operating, enhancing, and promoting the App. You represent that you own or control all rights to any content you submit, and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Bridge Learn to Speak English is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bridge Learn to Speak English be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the App, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or us.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. By using this app, you agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer protections or rights that may apply in your own country if required by applicable law.
